You will be given a transaction number at the end of the process that you should use in any further contact.
What services can I pay for by automated telephone?
- Council tax
- Non-domestic rates
- Housing Rents
- Overpayment of housing benefit
- Sundry debtor invoice example - Trade Refuse, Cesspool Emptying, Parking Fine, Football Pitch Hire, Commercial Rents, Housing Repairs, Service Charges (ONLY if you have a reference number beginning with 5 or 6).
You can use the following debit and credit cards:
- MasterCard Credit
- Maestro/Solo/MasterCard Debit
- Visa Debit
- Visa Credit
You CANNOT use the following cards:
- Amex
- JCB
