Direct debit payments

The quickest and easiest way to set up a direct debit is to call us on 01827 715341 and you can sign up immediately.

Direct Debit is the easiest, cheapest and most efficient way to pay your bills. It also allows us to keep our collection costs as low as possible. You pay in instalments so have no worries about when and how much to pay. There are other advantages as well; these include:

  • No cheques to write or cash to carry
  • No stamps or envelopes
  • No queues
  • No worries about getting the payment to us on time

Council Tax, you get a choice of dates to pay, to suit your own circumstances - the 1st, 5th, 15th or the 25th of each month and can pay your bill in 12 monthly instalments. If you wish to do this, please contact us to let us know.

Business Rates are collected on the 1st of each month.

Housing Rents can be paid weekly every Monday, 5th of every month, 15th of every month or 25th of every month.
