Please ensure that you quote your account reference as the payment reference.
We do not provide stationery for standing order payments, and would recommend payment by direct debit instead. However, if you wish to pay your bill by standing order, you will need to provide your bank with the following information:

- NWBC Account 00050820
- Date(s) instalments are to be paid
- The amounts to be paid
- Your reference number - IMPORTANT: For the reference, please include only your reference number, such as your council tax reference number, and avoid providing personal information like your name or address
