Borough Wide Tenants Forum
The Borough Wide Tenants Forum meets bi-monthly and Tenants from local groups attend these meetings. The Forum discusses issues that affect all tenants and plays a leading role in reviewing and agreeing the Tenant Partnership Agreement as well as other key documents such as the Housing Business Plan and Housing Policies.
Each year the Borough Wide Tenants Forum helps to produce a Tenants Involvement Outcomes Report. The report is to measure and evaluate the effect that tenant involvement has had and the difference it makes to services provided by the Council.

Annual General Meeting
The Borough Wide Tenants Forum will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 6th May 2026, 6pm at The Council House, Atherstone. Guest speaker for the event will be Shabina Khalifa, Engagement & Outreach Officer, Healthwatch, Warwickshire.
Members of the Borough Wide Tenants Forum, established in 1999, give up their time to help to shape policy and decisions that affect all Council tenants. They would like to encourage tenants to attend the event to improve communication and highlight some of the good work that has taken place throughout the year.
